What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of painting services, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck staining, and more. We can also help you choose the right colors and finishes for your project.

What are your rates? Do you offer free estimates?

Our rates vary depending on the size and scope of the project. We offer free estimates to all of our potential customers. We will take the time to assess your needs and provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost of the project.

Do you have license, insurance and warranty service?

Malone Painting is a fully licensed and insured painting contractor. We have general liability and worker's compensation insurance, so you can rest assured that your property and our employees are protected.

 

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our services.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (314) 671-0820 or completing our online form.

What is included in a work order and how long can I expect to wait to receive one?

Malone Painting provides all of our customers with a Work Order through PaintScout before we begin any work. This work order will outline the scope of work, the price, the timeline, and the payment terms. We want to make sure that you are comfortable with all of the terms of the contract before we begin working on your home

 

We'll promptly email and text you a link to the comprehensive contract. We typically require 2-3 business days to thoroughly prepare and dispatch the contract.

When is payment due for the estimate?

Payment for 25% of the estimate is required upon its arrival. You can pay using Zelle, check, credit card, or cash.

  • Zelle payments should be directed to pete@malonepainting.com.

  • Checks should be made out to Malone Painting and mailed to 3910 McDonald Ave., St. Louis, MO 63116.

  • Please note that a deposit must be made to secure your spot in our schedule.

Does Malone Painting offer flexible payment terms?

Yes, Malone Painting offers flexible payment terms through Wisetack. Wisetack is a third-party financing company that allows you to spread out the cost of your painting project over time.
